This October, in connection with World Thrombosis Day, the Rowan Foundation will release a new report, Voices to Practice: Patient and Family Insights for Blood Clot Awareness and Safer Women’s Health Decisions.
Developed with input from the Foundation’s Patient and Community Advisory Group, the report reflects experiences and perspectives shared by blood clot survivors and family members. It is intended to carry those voices forward into women’s healthcare conversations and the Rowan Foundation’s future educational initiatives.
Watch for the report’s release on the Foundation’s website and social media channels in early October. We will take a closer look at the report and the work behind it in the December issue of the Women’s Health & Clotting Quarterly.
